Not ready please check your connection teamviewer 13 mac

I have TeamViewer (free version) installed on 4 computers (work, home, and two kids computers) I previously have been, able to access all of them from anywhere. Recently, I have not been able to access one of the kids computers. When I go onto the problem computer and open TeamViewer, it allows me to open the program and it begins to connect to TeamViewer (shows the yellow circle saying connecting to TeamViewer) then it ends up with a red circle saying 'Not ready. Please check your connection.' Obviously I do have internet connection. I have uninstalled and re-installed, rebooted, turned off my router and am out of ideas. I am not computer savvy so please keep any suggestions simple. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

did you change anything related to proxy server or firewall?

Hi
It could be the connection on the computer you are trying to connect to. I've had the experience where, although there was internet connection on the target computer the connection was very weak - about 10 Mb's and teamviewer couldn't make the connection.

Teamviewer not ready please check your connection mac

Also check the ID of the target computer. It may have changed.
