- Aug 28, 2009 Well, since installing Snow Leopard, Crossover no longer works. Just opens and closes very quickly. I did however find a post from Codeweavers about how to remedy this using Terminal.
Boot Camp, which is included in Leopard is probably the most optimized in terms of system performance and application compatibility with XP SP 2, and Vista.
Crossover has a few limited modules which require no Windows to be installed to offer specific application compatibility. It basically is a varient of WINE.
